From the time we started to officially express our functional objectives, Customer Satisfaction has been #1 all of the time. There aren’t many organizations in our industry that action Customer Satisfaction, so we benchmark with the best web organizations in America and I am satisfied to say we are not too far off with them. Extraordinary Customer Satisfaction is no mishap; it’s the aftereffect of arranged and deliberate execution of everything significant – of paying attention to Customers and of persistently moving along. At Gun Suppiler Store, we became ISO 9001 enrolled in 2008, took on the Malcolm Baldrige National Quality Award Criteria in 2006 and put forth an objective to apply for and work on to the point of getting the honor in 2009. We applied for and got the Missouri Quality Award (a Baldrige-standards state program) in 2008, and applied for and got the Malcolm Baldrige National Quality Award in 2009, meeting the objective we set in 2006. Gun Suppiler Store excursion of constant improvement doesn’t end there; in 2015 they procured, briefly time, both the Malcolm Baldrige National Quality Award and Missouri Quality Award.
